Email marketing campaign design for Bradfords in Yeovil, Somerset.
With the introduction of a single-system database to handle all information about suppliers and customers in October 2012, Bradfords were ready to update its marketing strategy to reflect changes in the market and to keep up with its competition.
Bradfords wanted to test the water with the capabilities of this new database and other technology, with the intention to integrate other technologies into the new system, through pilot email marketing campaigns. They recruited our help to design and implement this, as well as train their marketing team to run future email marketing campaigns themselves.
The success of this led to us doing further work with the marketing team, including leading market research groups into the specification for the new Bradfords website
