Bradfords Building Supplies: website consultation

We were commissioned to work with Bradfords Building Supplies’ marketing team to explore the needs and preferences of its customers for a new ecommerce website.

Customer surveys gave the company quantitative findings from 612 respondents and we undertook focus groups to further explore and support these findings.

We led the focus group discussions, with the marketing manager present to listen to discussions and answer any service questions. We then produced our findings report, along with recommendations relating to the new website, as well as other wider service issues raised in the group discussions.
