In the first study of its kind, The DMA Social Media Council asked 171 UK marketers to score Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Google+ and Youtube in three key areas: campaign planning, execution and optimisation.

The resulting scorecard provides a unique insight into what marketers think of the tools on offer and where social media sites need to improve:
